God owns all of the universe. There is not a single atom or multiverses that He did not create and set to motion.
When He favors us with either a bread or a bakery, we are invited to see the compelling vocation of asking where am I to go to share these loaves and not just crumbs.
God looks at the baker as well as the pauper. When either of these represent His purpose, the wheat never runs dry, and just like Joseph … from the dungeon of insignificance, God catapults him to be His servant to cause the entire world to flourish.
Such was the hand of blessing bestowed to Joseph by way of sacred fiat.
